




Job Summary: A professional to lead and motivate sales and back-office teams, ensuring achievement of targets, employee development, and excellence in customer service. Key Highlights: 1. Ensuring service quality and resolution of customer issues. **Your typical day:** Supervise, guide, and motivate sales and back-office teams to achieve targets and comply with operational workflows and corporate policies; Monitor and proactively or reactively address team absenteeism rates, ensuring adherence to working hours—including managing your team’s timekeeping via the electronic time clock system; Recruit, train, and develop employees, consistently aligning actions with the company’s culture; Monitor performance indicators and the sales funnel, directing corrective actions when results are impacted; Analyze reports and formulate strategies and continuous improvement action plans; Ensure service quality, resolve complaints, and address customer issues; Conduct regular meetings, deliver feedback, and develop sales scripts; Implement digital and in-person incentive actions, promotions, and campaigns to boost sales; Enhance operational results and ensure achievement of departmental objectives; Participate in events and activities promoting the Internet Way brand, supporting market growth and expansion; Monitor service quality and adherence to sales processes across all channels. **To succeed in this role, you must have:** A communicative profile, strong analytical ability, proactive attitude, and high adaptability to change; Experience in corporate client service, ability to handle objections and turn rejections into opportunities, team leadership/management expertise, and sales strategy knowledge for Internet/Telecom—data products (internet and transport links), voice (fixed and mobile), entertainment (TV content), and security (surveillance cameras); Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Commercial Management or related fields; Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with system usage; Driver’s license – Category B; Willingness to travel; Residence in Marília/SP. **Benefits we offer:** - Medical assistance; - Pharmacy benefit program; - Group life insurance; - Internet plan; - Birthday Day Off; - Meal allowance and food voucher; - Transportation voucher.
