




Job Summary: The Audit Assistant will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and controlling documents of the Integrated Management System (IMS), conducting internal audits, and supporting nonconformity management. Management of nonconformities and risks, including root cause analysis. Rede Drogal is seeking an **Audit Assistant**, who will be responsible for: * Preparing, reviewing, and controlling work instructions, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and other IMS documents; * Conducting and reporting internal audits, tracking corrective and preventive action plans; * Consolidating and analyzing quality indicators, presenting results and improvement proposals; * Developing and delivering training related to the IMS, good practices, 5S, Kaizen, and quality culture; * Leading and supporting nonconformity and risk management, including root cause analysis; * Collaborating with administrative departments, distribution centers, and stores to strengthen continuous improvement. **What We Expect From You:** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Administration, Engineering, Quality Management, or related fields; * Prior experience in internal auditing, quality management, or process management; * Knowledge of quality standards, document preparation (work instructions/SOPs), and audit execution; * Experience with continuous improvement tools (5S, Kaizen, Ishikawa, MASP, 5 Whys); * Strong communication skills for delivering training and guiding teams; * Driver's license category B. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Certification in auditing (e.g., ISO 9001 or related); * Participation in quality projects or operational excellence programs.
