Job Summary: Responsible for performing general financial department routines, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliation, ensuring quality and accuracy. Responsible for performing general financial department routines, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliation, aiming to ensure that treasury activities are conducted with quality and accuracy to meet the needs of internal and external department customers. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Receiving payment process protocols; * Assisting in verifying payment data and invoice due dates; * Performing bank reconciliation for company accounts; * Recording fees and bank transfers, supporting account reconciliation; * Communicating with suppliers; * Sending payment receipts and/or requesting information for payments; * Controlling AETs (Advance Expense Tickets) and bank slips; * Analyzing AETs and issuing bank slips for payment; * Monitoring receipt of bank slips and recording them appropriately in the system; * Managing checks; * Receiving and tracking check information from toll plazas; **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields; Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office; **Desirable:** **** Experience in transactional activities in general and knowledge of ERP systems. **Additional Information** **Position located in Ribeirão Preto.** **Work Mode: 100% On-site.** **Administrative working hours, Monday to Friday.** **BENEFITS:** Medical assistance; Dental assistance; Life insurance; Gympass; Pharmacy discount; Transportation allowance; Meal voucher and/or food allowance; Profit and Results Sharing Program (PRP), subject to achievement of goals and performance; Baby gift kit; Childcare allowance for mothers (internal benefits subject to specific dates and policies; eligibility must be verified according to current policy); IBH Serviços e Participações is a Highway Platform operated by funds managed by Pátria Investimentos.
