The company operates in São Paulo, Greater São Paulo, Jundiaí, and the Paraíba Valley, contributing to the development of prosperous cities. **ABOUT THIS POSITION** We are seeking an Administrative Analyst to support the company’s administrative routines, focusing on organizing labor-related processes, coordinating with accounting, and supporting the group’s administrative activities. The role will be responsible for monitoring Human Resources department routines, administrative controls, and document organization, ensuring smooth internal operations. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Monitoring of hiring, termination, and vacation processes; * Timekeeping control and labor charges (INSS, FGTS, and IRRF); * Labor-related coordination with accounting for information organization and submission; * Control and organization of invoices and tax withholdings; * Control and monitoring of CNO (Construction Registration Number) per project; * Support to accounting through organization and submission of administrative and tax documents; * Support for customer service (SAC) requests and administrative customer assistance; * Support for procurement activities and internal request organization; * INCC (National Index of Construction Costs) updates and transmission of related information to clients according to company procedures; **REQUIREMENTS** * Completed or ongoing degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or related fields; * Prior experience in administrative routines and Human Resources department support; * Basic knowledge of labor processes and administrative controls; * Organizational skills and attention to detail; * Responsibility regarding deadlines; * Strong communication skills for interaction with internal departments and accounting; **WHAT WE OFFER** * PJ (Individual Entrepreneur) contract; * 30 days of paid leave (15 days at year-end \+ 15 days after one year); * Bonus equivalent to one month’s salary upon completing one year; * SmartFit benefit; * Cost-of-living allowance.
