Main Responsibilities: * Provide in-person, telephone, and WhatsApp customer service; * Assist in organizing and restocking medications and products; * Operate the cash register and perform sales closing; * Verify product expiration dates and pricing; * Support store cleaning and organization; * Guide customers regarding product location and promotions; * Comply with sanitary regulations and internal procedures. Requirements: * Completed high school education; * Strong communication skills and courtesy in customer interactions; * Organizational skills and proactivity; * Basic computer knowledge; * Prior experience in a pharmacy or public-facing role is desirable.
