Job Summary: Professional responsible for performing maintenance and diagnostics on telecommunications networks, supporting multiple departments and pursuing continuous improvements with a customer-centric focus. Customer focus and pursuit of innovative solutions **Responsibilities and Duties** **What awaits you daily:** --------------------------------- * Replace connectors, cables, and passive components. * Amplifier equalization * Diagnose MDU issues; if necessary, log incidents and escalate to external network teams * Perform preventive maintenance, standardizing MDU infrastructure (cables, amplifiers, and passive components) * Identify MDU infrastructure improvements for SAR submission * Support other departments (technical visits, executive-level support, joint operations with external network teams) **Requirements and Qualifications** #### **We are looking for someone who:** * Thinks and acts from the customer’s perspective.
