We value continuous learning, welcoming support, and innovation—qualities that connect us across all regions of the country. **Key Responsibilities:** Plan and deliver English lessons aligned with the institution's methodology, ensuring development of linguistic skills (listening, speaking, reading, and writing); Adapt pedagogical strategies to suit different age groups and proficiency levels. Use playful and participatory approaches—including songs, games, stories, dramatizations, and multimedia resources—for Early Childhood Education and Elementary School students; Create opportunities for natural use of English both inside and outside the classroom, encouraging spontaneous communication in the language; Apply formal and informal assessment activities to monitor student progress; Provide ongoing feedback to students and their families regarding linguistic and behavioral development; Participate in pedagogical meetings, continuing professional development, and school events; Collaborate with the pedagogical team in designing interdisciplinary projects and cultural events related to the English language; Ensure a safe, welcoming, and respectful environment, promoting values such as empathy, diversity, and inclusion. **Technical Competencies:** * Bachelor's degree in Languages (English) or Pedagogy; * Fluency in English; * Knowledge of pedagogical systems and teaching practices; * Mastery of subject-specific knowledge; * Familiarity with technological tools and systems; * Teaching experience in the early years of elementary education. **Behavioral Skills:** * Flexibility; * Organization; * Commitment and accountability; * Results orientation; * Dynamism and proactivity; * Teamwork; * Communication and planning; **Learn more about this opportunity:** **Work Location:** Rua 15 de Novembro 1146, Presidente Prudente \- São Paulo **Benefits:** ?
