Requirements * Completed High School Education * Experience in voice-over, communication, or related fields * Professional registration compatible with the role * Driver's License Category AB Skills and Competencies * Strong verbal communication and diction * Versatility to adapt to different programming styles and formats * Clarity, creativity, and dynamism in communication * Emotional control for live broadcasting * Organization and time management * Knowledge of and interest in radio, media, and communication trends * Ability to interact with the audience and listeners * Attention to audio and operational quality of programming * Strong writing skills to support scripts, announcements, and content Main Responsibilities * Present live and recorded programs * Operate audio mixing consoles, video editing consoles, and radio automation software * Gather journalistic content for news bulletins according to the schedule * Deliver commercial and institutional testimonials * Write, participate in, and present recorded interviews * Verify audio quality of materials prior to broadcast * Provide listener service and interaction via WhatsApp and other channels * Register listeners for promotions and station initiatives * Update station social media, apps, and digital platforms * Play and occasionally schedule music per artistic direction * Present live sponsored segments and participate in external events * Record commercials, announcements, and jingles as needed * Operate the "Voz do Brasil" program broadcast, when applicable to the schedule * Organize the studio after use * Perform other duties related to the position
