Job Summary: Manage and develop teams, acting as Client Face and trusted advisor, controlling reports to achieve operational results and ensuring productivity. Key Highlights: 1. Your main responsibilities will be: Manage, develop, and motivate the supervisor team through feedback to ensure compliance with metrics and procedures; Client Face responsible for presenting results and conducting meetings with the client; Act as a trusted advisor when necessary; Manage conflicts and potential changes, innovate, and lead the team proactively and with initiative; Control reports and KPIs to achieve/maintain/improve operational results; Ensure supervisors appropriately lead Expert teams, preserving productivity and strong operational performance; Ensure compliance with metrics and procedures; Participate in meetings with clients; Present results in Portuguese/English; Maintain good relationships with supporting areas such as Quality, Training, WFM, Access Management, etc; *Well-being TP: Here, we care for our employees from head to toe, offering initiatives focused on physical and mental health, fostering an environment that strengthens the balance between personal and professional life.* *For mental health, we provide psychological support and an exclusive channel for individualized emotional and well-being care, along with awareness campaigns—such as Well-being Week—and activities promoting social connection and interaction among employees, including Music and Dance Festival and Themed Fridays.
