Description

**Requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree; * Microsoft certifications (e.g., MD\-102, MS\-102, or former MCSA/MCSE); \- Knowledge of Microsoft Endpoint Manager / Intune;\- Experience with SCCM \+ Intune coexistence (co\-management); * Technical certifications relevant to the position \- Knowledge and experience with VMware, Hitachi Storage, SAN (Brocade), and Microsoft technologies such as Azure AD, Intune, Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, and other Office 365 suite components. Also Active Directory, DNS, GPO, WSUS, Certification Authority, and related infrastructure components, always aiming to support them in the best possible way and within the shortest feasible timeframe;\- Advanced knowledge of GPO implementation (security baselines). * Knowledge of infrastructure for distributed environments (Distribution Centers, Retail Stores, etc). \- Knowledge of Agile and DevOps methodologies;\- Advanced English; **Desirable:** Support for on\-premises servers (VMware/Hyper\-V) and cloud servers (Azure), including Windows patching via SCCM and server firmware updates. **Key Responsibilities:** * Work on projects, incidents, and alerts originating from monitoring applications, script development, and process maintenance; * Software distribution, OS image creation, and application of updates (patching); Configuration Manager * Create, test, and implement Task Sequences to automate processes such as operating system deployments (OSD) and application distribution; * Create custom reports in SCCM (via SQL or Reporting Services) for inventory tracking, compliance, and deployment status; * Administer jobs and possess experience in operational/production routines, monitoring critical environments;\- Support for on\-premises and cloud servers; * Knowledge and experience with VMware, 3PAR Storage, Hitachi Storage, SAN (Brocade), and Microsoft technologies such as Azure AD, Intune, Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, and other Office 365 suite components. Also Active Directory, DNS, GPO, WSUS, Certification Authority, and related infrastructure components, always aiming to support them in the best possible way and within the shortest feasible timeframe; * Application support based on knowledge base; * Handle escalations/crises across various hierarchical levels; * Support for Enterprise Applications, App Registrations, and other Azure stacks. * Provide insights for monitoring/asset management tools such as Zabbix, Dynatrace, and SCCM (installation, configuration, data collection, command line, custom graphs, maps, notifications, automation, monitoring, reporting, import/export); * Provide insights to maintain asset monitoring templates (items, triggers, thresholds, graphs, dashboards, applications, auto\-discovery rules, and web scenarios), in accordance with established controls and/or rules to enable proactive operations; * Define metrics, alert levels, users, user profiles, and maintenance windows. ### **Employment Type:** CLT ### **Benefits:** Meal Voucher, Life Insurance, Dental Plan, Health Plan ### **Department:** Corporate
