**About the position**
We are seeking a Data Management Analyst III to manage clinical study data, ensuring integrity, quality, and traceability of information throughout the entire research lifecycle. This is a senior-level position involving leadership in structuring clinical databases and providing technical support to less experienced analysts.

**Responsibilities and duties** **We count on you to:**
* Support clinical data management (Data Management) activities;
* Control, create, and maintain Excel spreadsheets, Word documents, and PowerPoint presentations;
* Develop the Query Plan;
* Perform database cleaning (Data Cleaning);
* Manage queries (creation, tracking, analysis of responses);
* Program eCRF/IWRS in dedicated software;
* Support study users (answering questions, creating user accounts, managing EDC access);
* Create data management documentation (e.g., DMP, UAT, DBL, User Manual, PSI Dispensation Manual);
* Meet established deadlines for studies under your responsibility;
* Complete all required training;
* Serve as the primary contact (internal and external) for studies under your responsibility regarding data management;
* Conduct eCRF usage training upon request.
**Requirements and qualifications** **What we seek:**
* Completed undergraduate degree in Biomedicine, Pharmacy, Biology, Computer Science, Administration, or related fields;
* Experience in clinical research data management (Data Management), preferably within CROs, research centers, or the pharmaceutical industry;
* Experience in creating and maintaining clinical databases;
* Intermediate/advanced English proficiency for reading protocols and regulatory documentation.

* 5x2 \- 08:00 AM to 5:00 PM
