




Job Summary: Responsible for supervising and training the technical team, supporting the administrative team, and ensuring excellence in customer service, while managing branch performance indicators and scheduling. Support the branch's administrative team by monitoring, training, and implementing best practices to ensure excellent customer service, thereby achieving the company's customer satisfaction targets. Schedule service appointments, monitor service delivery, visit customers when necessary, and accompany the technical team in the field. Manage branch performance indicators to achieve the company's objectives. Be responsible for the branch's scheduling and laboratory operations.
