We are looking for a talent to fill the role of *Commercial Technical Services Executive.* **Responsibilities and Duties** **In this position, you will work at the** *CSA Equatorial\- Macapá \- AP* Review some of the challenges you’ll face daily: * Lead teams responsible for maintaining water distribution and sewage collection networks. * Lead and monitor execution of action plans and processes established by management. * Monitor team productivity. * Lead activities and teams within your area of responsibility and be accountable for operational planning and achieved results. * Support budget proposal planning for the next fiscal year for your department, identifying resource requirements; also oversee execution of the current year’s budget and various payments. * Monitor and verify performance of contracted third-party services—including cleaning, security, surveillance, and telephony—to ensure smooth operations. * Monitor inventory levels and usage of products and supplies required for operations. * Implement measures to increase productivity and reduce costs. * Ensure alignment of your team with the company’s mission, principles, values, policies, and objectives, complying with established standards to help achieve strategic goals, sustainable development, and improved service for internal and external customers. * Ensure team training, development, and management under your responsibility, as well as adherence to schedules, objectives, standards, and outcomes. * Perform other professional duties related to and inherent to the role, as directed by superiors.* **Requirements and Qualifications** For this opportunity, we expect the following from you: * Engineering or related fields * Postgraduate degree in Sanitation (preferred) * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite * Driver’s license category B * Minimum 3 years of experience * People management skills * Commitment to results * Entrepreneurial mindset * Customer orientation * Passion for your work **Additional Information** Why apply: Joining Grupo Equatorial means becoming part of an expanding company whose culture emphasizes continuous development, talent diversity, and commitment to the future.
