Benefits: R$ 500.00 cost-of-living allowance Commission **Benefits:** **Industry:** E-commerce / Online Retail **Position:** E-commerce Assistant **Employment Type:** On-site – CLT **Work Location:** Mirassol – SP **Key Responsibilities:** * Create, update, and maintain product listings on marketplaces (e.g., Mercado Livre, Casas Bahia, MadeiraMadeira, etc.); * Accurately complete product titles, descriptions, technical specifications, dimensions, weight, and variations; * Upload product images and ensure visual consistency across listings; * Update prices according to management instructions; * Monitor approved orders on marketplaces; * Verify customer data and forward orders to production and/or logistics; * Update order statuses in internal systems and marketplaces; * Ensure compliance with shipping and delivery deadlines; * Provide customer support via marketplaces and WhatsApp; * Clarify customer queries regarding delivery timelines, dimensions, materials, and product warranties; * Monitor and resolve complaints on marketplaces and Reclame Aqui; * Keep customers informed of the actual order status; * Track deliveries until order completion; * Handle incidents such as damaged goods, delays, exchanges, and returns; * Submit service requests to carriers when necessary; * Record internal incidents; * Verify shipping labels and invoices; * Support freight quotation processes where applicable; * Monitor order pickups and tracking; * Identify recurring carrier failures and report them to management; * Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), including order volume, overdue orders, complaints, cancellation rate, and response SLA; * Support listing adjustments based on performance; * Identify products with high complaint rates or low conversion; * Suggest improvements to images, descriptions, and delivery timelines; * Ensure compliance with marketplace rules and SLAs to avoid penalties, account blocks, or store suspension. **Salary and Benefits:** * Base salary: R$ 2.500,00 * R$ 500.00 cost-of-living allowance * Sales commission * Food basket **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday – 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM **Education Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress (field of study not specified) **Requirements:** * Prior experience in e-commerce, marketplaces, or similar operational roles; * Must reside in São José do Rio Preto, Mirassol, or nearby areas; * 100% on-site work; **Technical Competencies:** * Product registration and management on marketplaces; * Basic understanding of logistics and post-sales processes; * Customer support via digital channels; * Order control and monitoring; * Basic to intermediate Excel knowledge (preferred); * Proficiency in using digital systems and platforms. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience with marketplaces; * Experience in post-sales operations; * Residency in Rio Preto, Mirassol, or surrounding areas, given that the company is located in Mirassol – SP.
