Job Summary: The Operations Assistant will be responsible for conducting daily inspections, monitoring operational demands, updating spreadsheets, and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth organization of operations. Focus on technical development and teamwork The **Operations Assistant** will conduct daily inspections of parking areas, monitor operational demands, update control spreadsheets, and provide administrative support to the department. Their **primary objective** is to ensure operational organization, control of vehicle flow, and compliance with rules by tenants. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Daily inspection of parking areas (markings, barriers, and general conditions); * Opening and tracking operational requests; * Updating control spreadsheets; * Administrative support to the department; * Monitoring vehicle flow in buildings 41, 50, and HSL; * Enforcing rule compliance by tenants. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Prerequisites:** * Completed High School education; * Technical course in Logistics is a plus. **Desired Skills and Competencies:** * Resilience; * Organization; * Strong communication skills; * Proactivity; * Interest in technical development; * Ability to work effectively in teams; * “Spark in the eyes” (self-motivation and genuine interest). **Additional Information** **Working Hours:** 08:00–12:00, 13:30–17:30 (Monday to Friday) **Our Benefits Package:** * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Childcare allowance; * Pharmacy allowance; * Transportation allowance; * Parking; * Education allowance.
