Opportunity for analysts with transportation experience We are looking for a dynamic and analytical professional to join our team at the **Head Office** as an **Operational Routing Analyst**. If you have experience in the transportation sector, ease in interacting with drivers, and a focus on KPIs, this opportunity is for you! ### **Job Mission** Your mission will be to ensure strict compliance with all operational transportation stages, measuring and controlling company resources assertively and aligned with our core values. ### **Main Responsibilities** * **Planning:** Schedule loads (pickups and deliveries) and plan tactical actions to reduce operational errors. * **Monitoring and RMP:** Analyze the Risk Management Plan (RMP), request monitoring per applicable regulations, and track drivers’ working hours/overtime. * **Partner Management:** Manage contracting of partners and affiliates, maintaining direct contact with drivers to delegate tasks. * **Performance Analysis:** Review logistics costs, analyze freight rates, collect data, and implement improvements to operational performance indicators. * **Interface:** Conduct alignment meetings with branches, internal clients, and drivers. ### **Requirements** * **Education:** Completed high school (mandatory); ongoing or completed undergraduate degree is a plus. * **Experience:** Minimum 6 months of experience in this role (4 years of experience in the field is desirable). * **Security Profile:** Approval in a risk management profile check (GR) and no involvement in illicit activities. * **Technical Competencies:** Strong analytical mindset, organizational skills, proactivity, and agility. ### **Interpersonal Skills** * Effective communication skills to interact with drivers and teams. * Decision-making ability and emotional control relevant to the role. * Team-oriented mindset. ### **Additional Information** * **Unit:** Head Office. * **Level:** Operational. * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. **Interested in this position?
