Assist in organizing data and information for improvements **Job Description:** Execute operational routines for products and services by performing verifications, validations, and recordkeeping in accordance with established procedures, with support from the involved technical team and in compliance with current rules and guidelines, ensuring adherence to established processes; Support the application of business rules, routines, and processes for financial products and services, in accordance with regulatory requirements and departmental guidelines; Assist in and maintain the organization, updating, control, and archiving of physical and digital documents, manuals, and operational procedures related to financial products and services executed by the department; Support the monitoring of operational workflows, ensuring status updates and timely completion; Assist in identifying and recording operational inconsistencies, escalating them to the department’s technical analyst for analysis; Support the updating and organization of documents related to regulations, policies, and procedures, as well as assist in organizing evidence and documentation for audits; Provide first-level support through official channels (e\-mail, chat, service tickets, and telephone), registering, tracking, and updating requests to ensure high-quality service, compliance with defined SLAs, and correct classification of demands; Clarify operational queries based on manuals and departmental guidelines, and when necessary, escalate more complex issues to technical analysts; Assist in collecting, updating, and organizing operational and financial data and reports for the department, performing preliminary verification of information before submission to CrediSIS System staff; Support communication and information flow among internal departments, cooperatives, and partners, as well as monitor and manage demands and requests related to the department’s products and services, conducting periodic controls to meet deadlines and align deliverables; Assist in gathering and organizing information for process and product improvements, maintaining updated project-related documents and controls, and supporting test execution, user acceptance testing (UAT), and implementations per the responsible analyst’s guidance; Maintain confidentiality and secrecy regarding sensitive and strategic departmental information, ensuring appropriate use and protection of data in compliance with internal and regulatory standards of the CrediSIS System; Carry out individual development plans and mandatory training programs as established, aligned with job requirements and the department’s budget plan; **Requirements:** Completed High School education; Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree (in Administration, Accounting, Economics, Law, Information Technology, or related fields); Basic knowledge of financial products; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel); Desirable: experience in drafting regulations and operational workflows; Desirable: familiarity with AI developments in the financial market. **Benefits:** * Listening Channel \- Psychological support for employees; * Day Off \- One paid day off during your birthday month; * Undergraduate Education Incentive \- 50% coverage of your undergraduate or postgraduate tuition fees; * Health Insurance \- 100% of monthly premium covered by CrediSIS; * Wellhub Health and Wellness Program; * Life Insurance; * Meal/Voucher Allowance;
