Assist in sample collection and preparation; 2\. Prepare biological samples—including blood, urine, feces, tissues, and others—for laboratory analysis. 3\. Assist in basic laboratory tests such as hemograms, urinalyses, parasitological exams, cytology/histology examinations, and serological tests, strictly adhering to all established protocols and procedures. 4\. Maintain laboratory equipment and company facilities—ensuring they remain clean, organized, and in proper working condition. 5\. Accurately and completely record and organize test results. 6\. Participate in meetings and training sessions to expand knowledge of diagnostic procedures and techniques. 7\. Comply with laboratory safety and biosafety standards. 8\. Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment by sharing ideas and feedback with the team. 9\. Uphold ethics and confidentiality regarding internal information. 10\. Always treat all clients and colleagues courteously, kindly, and respectfully—ensuring a calm and healthy workplace.
