Job Summary: Junior Systems Analyst to investigate incidents, tune SIEM detection rules, update the knowledge base, and support senior analysts on security projects. Key Highlights: 1. Analyze security incidents and conduct in-depth technical investigations. 2. Keep the knowledge base (KB) updated with new attack scenarios. 3. Support senior analysts in War Rooms and projects. Human Resources Consulting is seeking a Junior Systems Analyst in Curitiba. **Responsibilities:** Analyze incidents escalated by Tier 1 (T1), conducting in-depth technical investigations to confirm threats or dismiss complex false positives. Perform basic tuning and create exceptions for SIEM detection rules. Maintain the knowledge base (KB) updated with new attack scenarios and procedures. Handle medium-complexity technical tickets, providing evidence and guidance to customers. Support senior analysts in War Rooms by collecting logs, evidence, and performing operational actions. Accurately log hours spent on tickets and projects (Timesheet). Critically analyze security alerts, propose improvements, and support customer presentations. Previous experience as a Junior Developer, Junior Programmer, IT Analyst, or Systems Assistant may indicate alignment with some activities of this role.
