Description

We are seeking a **Functional Consultant** to work on **healthcare project management and implementation**, responsible for bridging business and clinical needs with the platform's technical and analytical solutions. This role covers end-to-end project execution, ensuring **governance, delivery quality, and ongoing support** within complex and highly regulated environments. ### ### **Responsibilities and Duties** * Work with the P2P product, supporting integrations with legacy systems (primarily **TOTVS Protheus**); * Conduct data analysis and functional validations, focusing on procurement and supply chain processes; * Support the team and client in interpreting **Protheus tables and structures** (especially modules **SIGACOM / Procurement**, **SIGAFIN**, and related ones); * Perform process mapping and configuration required for integration with Protheus; * Prepare and track status reports, ensuring visibility into implementation phases and deadlines; * Interact directly with the client, leading alignment, validation, and delivery tracking meetings; * Collaborate with the product and development teams for solution adjustments and enhancements; * Contribute to functional and technical documentation of implementations. ### **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience in system implementation, BI, or data analysis; * Knowledge of **Protheus tables, master data, and routines** (especially the Procurement/Supply module); * Solid understanding of **procure-to-pay (P2P)** workflows; * Experience with other processes—such as sales, finance, back-office, and supply chain—is desirable; * Strong communication skills, organization, and ability to translate technical requirements into business language; * Curious, collaborative profile with enthusiasm for building something new; * Agile environment experience is a plus. **Desirable:** * Knowledge of **SAP**, especially modules MM, SRM, or S/4HANA (even basic); * Experience with BI tools; * Background in the healthcare or hospital sector.
