Aligned with our DNA, we aim to foster a sustainable, developmental, and safe work environment. **Work Location:** Aracaju, Sergipe **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop and implement water metering program actions, including awareness and safety campaigns. * Identify and regularize customers with direct connections or damaged water meters. * Monitor water metering targets and propose improvements. * Serve as the primary contact point for inquiries and negotiations related to water metering. * Promote the benefits of individualized measurement and regularization. * Resolve commercial complaints and pending issues. * Update customer information in systems (CRM, ERP). * Generate and analyze performance reports for field activities. * Coordinate processes with operational teams to ensure efficiency during installations. * Supervise and guide field teams or commercial agents. * Conduct training on products, services, and customer service. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed High School education plus a Technical Course in related fields. * Familiarity with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Intermediate/Advanced Excel, PowerPoint). * Basic understanding of water meter operation and the importance of metering for sanitation. * Solid experience managing field teams, route planning, and service orders (OSs). * Prior experience in the sanitation, utilities, or services sector is a plus. * Experience with regularization programs or initiatives to combat commercial losses is desirable.
