This role is critical to ensuring that customer demands are fulfilled accurately and on time. The assistant performs duties with emphasis on service quality and adherence to Garrafaria Distribuidora’s operational standards. * Responsibilities: * Assist in organizing and picking products for delivery, ensuring order picking accuracy. * Monitor inventory levels by conducting periodic stock audits to prevent shortages or overstocks. * Collaborate with the transportation team to schedule and ensure vehicle dispatches, tracking deliveries. * Provide customer service support by addressing inquiries and providing order status updates. * Maintain a clean and organized workspace, complying with safety and hygiene regulations. * Participate in team meetings, contributing suggestions for improving logistics processes. * Qualifications: * Practical knowledge of logistics processes, including goods receiving, storage, and dispatch. * Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, for interaction with team members and customers. * Ability to work collaboratively in a team and thrive in a dynamic environment. * Proficiency in multitasking and managing priorities to meet established deadlines. * Educational Qualifications: Completed high school education. Pursuing or having completed a technical course in Logistics or related fields is considered a plus. * Professional Experience: Prior experience in logistics or customer service roles is highly valued.
