Job Summary: Technical professional responsible for sample collection and analysis, reagent preparation, documentation drafting, and participation in quality and safety audits. Key Highlights: 1. Guidance and training on safety and quality * Collect water samples and record analytical results, adhering to technical standards; * Conduct chemical product testing and reagent preparation to drive improvements; * Interpret manuals, draft routine technical documentation and legal records; * Participate in implementing corrective and preventive actions and quality audits. * Act with environmental responsibility and in compliance with technical, quality, and safety standards; * Provide guidance and training to staff on safety, quality, and handling of chemical reagents during the sanitation process; * Provide technical support at company laundries, identifying customer needs and seeking opportunities to improve service quality; * Always use the personal protective equipment (PPE) provided for performing job duties, as instructed by the company.
