As this is a technical and complex area, **we provide comprehensive training on the hospital market and our internal operational routines**. The primary objective is to ensure agile procurement of parts, services, and supplies required to maintain the hospital’s technological infrastructure fully operational, while also supporting the department’s administrative routines. **Main Responsibilities (Procurement Focus):** * **Procurement Process:** Obtain quotations for parts, components, and technical services for medical\-hospital equipment. * **Negotiation:** Negotiate delivery timelines, pricing, and payment terms with domestic and international suppliers. * **Supplier Management:** Develop new partners and maintain an updated, qualified supplier database. * **Cost Control:** Assist in budget analysis to ensure optimal cost\-benefit for the company. **Administrative Support:** * **Documentation:** Organize documentation, technical reports, and service invoices. * **Service Orders:** Manage and close technical service requests within the system. * **Data Entry:** Maintain control spreadsheets and the procurement and inventory management system up to date. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education. * **Intermediate Excel proficiency** (essential for budget and spreadsheet management). * Analytical profile, with strong negotiation and assertive communication skills. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience in procurement within the healthcare or industrial maintenance sectors. * Basic technical knowledge of electronic or mechanical components (related to hospital equipment). **What We Offer:** * Market-competitive salary. * Benefits according to company policy. * Opportunity for growth in a strategic healthcare sector.
