




Job Summary: Professional responsible for monitoring, adjusting, and guiding electronic timekeeping, managing documentation, supporting payroll processing, and pursuing continuous improvement. Management support through attendance reports Description: * Experience with the RM Labore system; * Knowledge of electronic timekeeping systems; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel (spreadsheets, filters, basic and intermediate formulas) or Google Workspace; * Availability for on-site work in Fortaleza. * Perform daily monitoring of electronic timekeeping, verifying records, inconsistencies, and pending clock-ins/clock-outs. * Carry out system adjustments, including justifications, absences, corrections, and necessary entries. * Guide employees and managers on proper use of the timekeeping system, internal regulations, and recording procedures. * Manage and organize documents related to working hours, such as medical certificates, declarations, and overtime authorizations. * Support consolidation of attendance data for payroll submission. * Monitor work schedules, special shifts, hour banks, and overtime, ensuring compliance with labor legislation and company policies. * Assist in implementation, maintenance, and testing of timekeeping equipment and systems, when required. * Prepare periodic attendance reports, indicators, and incident summaries to support management. * Address employee inquiries and provide operational support for timekeeping-related issues. * Contribute to continuous improvement of working hours control processes. 2512070202191909579
