**Description and Responsibilities:**
**Working Hours:** Monday to Friday – Business hours
**Level:** Professional
**Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT
* Manage directors' and presidents' calendars, scheduling and confirming appointments, meetings, and events.
* Answer and route telephone calls and electronic correspondence.
* Maintain the directorate's document and correspondence files up to date.
* Receive visitors and clients, providing appropriate support and guidance.
* Prepare reports, presentations, and various documents for the directorate.
* Provide administrative support in tasks such as file organization, form completion, and spreadsheet updates.
* Stay updated on applicable norms, laws, and regulations relevant to the department and organization.
* Protect strategic, confidential, and sensitive organizational information received, produced, or transmitted.
* Ensure proper maintenance of organizational assets and equipment under their responsibility.
* Perform other duties within their area necessary for the smooth operation of the department.
**Requirements:**
* Completed undergraduate degree
* Preferred: undergraduate degree in Secretarial Studies, Administration, or related fields.
* Proficiency in computer applications and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Strong organizational and calendar management skills.
* Knowledge of administrative and office procedures.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
