Job Summary:
The Social Caregiver will provide individualized attention to children and adolescents with limitations, ensuring care, protection, inclusion, and well-being during activities.

The Social Caregiver will work at the Coexistence and Bond Strengthening Service (SCFV), responsible for providing **individualized attention** to children and adolescents—especially those with **physical, cognitive, emotional, or social limitations**—ensuring care, protection, inclusion, and well-being throughout service activities.
**Main Responsibilities:**
* Provide **direct and individualized care** to children and adolescents served by the SCFV;
* Assist with **basic care**, including feeding, personal hygiene, mobility, and organization;
* Promote and support the child/adolescent’s **social inclusion** in group activities;
* Accompany and encourage the development of autonomy, respecting each user’s limitations and potentialities;
* Ensure a **safe, welcoming, and respectful environment**;
* Assist in organizing spaces and materials used in activities;
* Report to the technical team (social worker, psychologist, coordination) any situations involving risk, need, or behavioral changes among users;
* Work collaboratively with the team, following SUAS and SCFV guidelines.
**Desirable Qualifications:**
* Completed high school education;
* Experience working with children and/or adolescents, especially in social or educational contexts;
* Experience working with persons with disabilities or specific needs is desirable;
* Careful, empathetic, patient, and responsible profile;
* Ability to work in a team and commitment to the comprehensive protection of children and adolescents.

Salary: R$2.257,70 per month
