Always emphasizing operational excellence and safety, the Operations department acts as the plant owner and manages operational conditions as specified in the project. The Operations department is also responsible for maintaining a strong relationship with the client throughout the contract period, fostering synergy and strengthening the partnership. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Wheel loader checklist * Cleaning and replacing air filters, equipment inspection, greasing machines, and performing minor maintenance adjustments. * Machine lubrication * Overseeing biomass receipt, weighing, unloading, and the entire collection/quality analysis process (moisture content). * Biomass storage in the warehouse * Swapping buckets for dry and wet routes, and performing basic maintenance when required. * Plant cleaning and upkeep \- cleaning operated equipment, yard, and common areas. * Assistance to operators \- from monitoring SCADA system dynamics to retrieving tools when necessary. * Assistance in material and waste disposal * Operation of mini wheel loader and L60\. * Access to confined spaces in the boiler for basic maintenance and cleaning. * Equipment checklist * Collecting samples and assisting in basic analyses in the water treatment system and consuming equipment, such as conductivity, pH, etc. * Assisting in valve maneuvering Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$2\.000,00 \- R$3\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Fuel allowance * Profit sharing * Private pension plan * Life insurance * Meal voucher * Food allowance * Transportation voucher Selection Question(s): * Do you hold a Brazilian driver's license category C, D, or E? * Do you have experience operating a wheel loader? * What is your expected salary?
