Our client is a nationally prominent association in the agribusiness sector, responsible for organizing major events related to the Quarter Horse industry and managing an extensive operational infrastructure in Araçatuba/SP. We are seeking an organized, highly responsible, operationally oriented Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the complete warehouse management for event operations, ensuring organization, traceability, and proper preservation of all materials used. The role requires strong involvement in controlling material inflows and outflows, physical organization of the warehouse facility, operational support for events, and warehouse management through an ERP system—requiring technological proficiency and robust control capabilities. The professional must demonstrate careful attention to detail, discipline, and an owner's mindset, directly contributing to the organization and logistical sustainability of the association’s events. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Completed high school education; * Technical training or courses in logistics, warehousing, or inventory management are desirable; * Prior experience in warehousing, inventory, or operational logistics; * Experience managing material inflows and outflows; * Proficiency or familiarity with ERP systems; * Knowledge of or ability to quickly learn the Protheus system; * Comfort with technology and systemic controls; * Strong physical and operational organizational skills; * Meticulous and detail-oriented profile; * Sense of urgency and responsibility; * Ability to monitor and control operational activities; * Execution-oriented profile with organizational vision; * Good communication and interpersonal skills; * Availability to support events and operational demands; * A more mature and professionally stable profile is preferred. **Responsibilities:** * Manage material inflows and outflows; * Organize the warehouse and the physical layout of the warehouse facility; * Track material movements using the ERP system; * Support picking, delivery, and receipt of operational items; * Ensure traceability and control of materials used in events; * Organize storage and preservation of materials; * Support operational setup and teardown of events; * Verify returned items and ensure material integrity; * Assist in asset control of stored items; * Collaborate closely with the event coordination team; * Maintain operational organization and minimize losses. **Benefits:** * Meal Allowance: BRL 532.00 per month * Food Voucher: BRL 37.45 per day * Health Insurance: SulAmérica – Private Room (co-payment applies only for consultations) * Dental Insurance: SulAmérica * Life Insurance * Pharmacy Benefit Program * Birthday Day Off * Tuition Assistance after 2 years of employment * Continuing Education Program * PPR – Performance-based variable compensation tied to overall performance and global goals (up to two additional salaries — paid in November and March).
