We are seeking a student majoring in **Administration**, **Economics**, **Accounting**, or related fields, currently enrolled from the **second semester** onward, to join our Finance team. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Reconcile financial entries; * Maintain physical and digital documents organized and archived monthly; * Assist in preparing financial reports; * Collect signatures or request regularizations for travel reports and payment requests; * Identify and provide documents required for audits; * Use the financial module of Protheus\-Totvs; * Forward payment confirmations to suppliers and WWF departments; * Organize and digitize payments according to bank transaction records; * Classify and enter information into the system for payments and receipts; * Support the Controller’s Office. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Intermediate Excel skills; * Familiarity with administrative and financial routines; * Knowledge of financial reporting. **Additional Information** * A relaxed and collaborative work environment offering numerous opportunities for personal development and professional growth; * Initial internship contract period of 12 months, renewable for up to two years; * Flexible schedule of 6 hours per day or 30 hours per week; * Internship stipend: R$1\.357,28/month; * Remote work allowance: R$100.00/month; * Meal allowance: R$711.86/month; * Transportation allowance; * Zenklub and TotalPass; * Birthday leave to celebrate your special day; * Year-end recess to enjoy festivities and celebrate with your family.
