Job Summary: A professional responsible for receiving, organizing, and managing inventory; picking orders; and assisting with loading, ensuring material accuracy. Key Highlights: 1. Receive, inspect, and organize hardware and materials in inventory. 2. Conduct periodic counts and assist in inventory accuracy. 3. Maintain the department always organized and report discrepancies. Responsibilities: Receive, inspect, and organize hardware, accessories, and other materials in inventory. Pick orders according to production orders and internal requisitions. Conduct periodic counts (inventories) and assist in inventory accuracy. Label products, identify batches, and maintain the department always organized. Assist with material loading and unloading. Record incoming and outgoing items in the system/spreadsheets as instructed. Report discrepancies, damages, or replenishment needs to the supervisor. Requirements: Completed high school education. Prior experience in inventory, logistics, or related fields (preferred). Basic knowledge of material organization, counting, and inspection. Attention to detail, responsibility, and good communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with hardware, accessories, or construction/industrial materials. Familiarity with inventory control systems.
