Work schedule: Monday to Friday, from 07:00 to 16:48
Implement the Golden Rules at the unit, including:
a\- Daily entries;
b\- Inventory control \- Physical count must match the system exactly and vice\-versa;
c\- Daily consumption write\-offs;
d\- Accurate tracking of diners.
* Take ownership of your costs and results, operating as a business unit, reporting profit or loss and justifications in the RO (Results Report);
* Conduct monthly fixed asset control at the unit;
* Ensure full integration and guidance between unit and headquarters processes;
* Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and cost reduction, guiding and training your team while ensuring compliance with standards across units under your responsibility;
* Meet monthly with your immediate supervisor to provide feedback on various unit demands, current status, future requests, action plans for non\-conformities, operational performance reports (RO, COGS, Labor, Current Staffing vs. Tender Requirements, Overtime and Time Bank), submission of technical spreadsheets, sanitary documentation, monthly check\-list, and other documents/actions;
* Ensure monthly closings \- invoice submission, financial closings, timesheet submission, certificates, work schedule completion, uniform requests, PPEs, daily write\-offs, inventory and consumption controls;
* Accurately complete the Real\-Time Spreadsheet (revenue) vs. Purchase Release to ensure revenue generation and cost maintenance, balancing cash flow;
* Manage and monitor quality assessments of received inputs and produced final foods;
* Manage gas costs at units and propose cost reduction or optimization measures;
* Conduct Good Practices training sessions for the unit;
* Periodically verify validity and documentation required by sanitary legislation, pest control, filter elements, grease traps, water tanks, hood cleaning, and general maintenance;
* Request corrective and preventive maintenance services, reporting any non\-conformity to the responsible department;
* Ensure updated reports and certificates are visible to customers and sanitary authorities;
* Receive regulatory inspection bodies and accompany their inspections;
* Be responsible for the technical and behavioral training of subordinates, as well as employee hygiene, facility hygiene, utensil hygiene, and raw material hygiene;
Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree
