Bio Meds Brasil is experiencing rapid expansion and we are seeking a Pharmaceutical Supervisor to join this growth! The Pharmaceutical Supervisor will be responsible for training and supervising the pharmacy team in the verification department, ensuring that all pharmacists on the team are qualified to comply with processes according to current legislation and related standards, including accurate pharmaceutical verification of prescriptions, regulatory procedures, and dosage calculations. In addition, train and supervise the team regarding batch release in accordance with quality criteria and company-established procedures. Also train and supervise the team on establishing contact with prescribers whenever necessary to clarify or validate information related to prescriptions. Foster a collaborative and continuously learning environment, recognizing that employees are also internal customers and must be treated with respect and attention. Proactively identify and resolve issues—whether internal to the department or cross-departmental—providing technical support and guidance to the team with clarity, empathy, and assertiveness. Guide and supervise the archiving of all documents related to the department. **Schedule: Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM; Saturday, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM** **Work Location: Santo Antônio de Lisboa** Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, with active registration at CRF (Regional Council of Pharmacy). * Experience in pharmaceutical verification, preferably in compounding pharmacies or pharmaceutical manufacturing. * In-depth knowledge of current sanitary legislation. * Strong communication skills with prescribers and multidisciplinary teams. * Proactive, analytical profile with strong problem-solving orientation. * Leadership, organizational, and decision-making capabilities. * Customer service experience. * Team training experience.
