We are proud of our welcoming workplace, where employees receive the tools and training they need to learn, grow, and succeed.**Job Description** --------------------- Responsible for accurately and promptly executing operational routines of the control tower, covering the following areas: Collection Management, Scheduling, Delivery Monitoring, Incident Handling, and Reverse Logistics—ensuring compliance with operational deadlines and data quality regarding potential risks to the supply chain, while keeping customers informed and updating information; Managing and resolving incidents occurring during cargo transit; Maintaining up-to-date systems, ensuring operational continuity, and communicating clearly with logistics partners, customers, and internal departments. Performs activities related to the following areas, according to the contracted scope: • Order Management • Delivery Scheduling • Logistics Planning • Shipment and Delivery Monitoring • Incident Management • Reverse Logistics • Daily Operational Support**Requirements** -------------- Minimum Requirements Required Preferred Academic Qualification Completed High School Completed Bachelor's Degree Experience/Knowledge in Role Experience in transportation operational routines and customer service Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency; corporate email usage; basic to intermediate Excel skills. Experience in Control Tower (LLP/4PL) environments. Familiarity with Power BI, VBA, TMS, SAP. Conduct daily monitoring of collections and deliveries, focusing on critical operations, deadlines, and SLA compliance. 2. Ensure accurate recording and timely updates of schedules, vouchers/passwords, scheduled dates, statuses, and deviations. 3. Handle incidents by fully recording them in the system, notifying involved departments, and flagging risks. 4. Maintain direct contact with carriers, branches, and customers for follow-ups, validations, and operational adjustments. 5. Monitor the collection schedule, updating deadlines and highlighting delays or cancellations. 6. Ensure carriers are aware of scheduled appointments, delivery deadlines, and required logistical conditions. 7. Support the team in administrative and operational routines as needed per functional area (collections, scheduling, tracking, or incident handling). 8. Comply with and adhere to conduct, safety, quality, and environmental procedures.
