If you are a Person with Disability (PWD) and meet the requirements and are interested, join our Yellow-Blood Heroes team and become a protagonist in a success story! **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Identify training needs in collaboration with managers and team leaders. * Design and plan development programs aligned with the organization’s strategic objectives. * Develop training schedules and define priorities. * Coordinate training logistics, including scheduling, venue reservations, materials, and required equipment. * Select and hire instructors, facilitators, or external providers, as applicable. * Ensure availability of resources such as instructional materials, tools, and learning platforms. * Partner with leadership to align training initiatives with organizational goals. * Supervise and guide internal facilitators or teams responsible for delivering training. * Maintain clear communication channels among participants, instructors, and managers. * Monitor employee participation and progress in training programs. * Collect participant feedback to assess program effectiveness. * Analyze data and metrics to measure training impact on organizational performance. * Create customized materials to meet the organization’s specific needs. * Regularly update content to reflect market changes or internal objectives. * Research and implement e-learning tools and new teaching methodologies. * Integrate digital platforms, such as LMS (Learning Management System), to optimize training delivery. * Ensure programs comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements. * Deliver mandatory trainings per WO and/or corporate ethics guidelines. **ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLICATION:** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Administration, Business Management, Project Management, Human Resources Management (T\&D), or related fields. * Postgraduate degree in People Management/Training/Quality. * Intermediate Office suite proficiency. * Intermediate/Advanced English proficiency. * Category B driver’s license with practical driving experience. * Experience in Training and Development, lectures, workshops, or related areas. * Prior experience with teaching methodologies such as: Problem-Based Learning (PBL); Blended Learning; Personalized Learning; Cooperative Learning; Gamification; Socratic Method; Experiential or Active Learning; Direct Instruction Method; Formative Assessment. **WORK LOCATION: JUNDIAÍ – SP.**
