***Multilift Logística*** is seeking a *SYSTEMS ANALYST* with knowledge and extensive experience in the field to join our Information Technology team. On-site work in Cariacica/ES, near the Federal Police Superintendence, at Cariacica’s new waterfront. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing, implementing, and supporting TOTVS RM system modules, ensuring that company processes align with best practices and meet business needs. You will handle configuration, parameterization, testing, and user support, as well as propose continuous improvements within the environment—including local environment configuration and updates. As a **SYSTEMS ANALYST**, your responsibilities will include: * Gathering requirements from business areas and proposing solutions in TOTVS RM. * Configuring and parameterizing system modules according to requirements. * Conducting tests, user acceptance testing (UAT), and validations of new processes and functionalities. * Providing first- and second-level support to users, resolving questions and incidents. * Creating reports and dashboards using Report Generator and Visual Formula. * Working with databases related to TOTVS RM for queries and analysis. * Configuring and performing updates to the system’s local environment. * Documenting procedures, workflows, and system configurations. * Supporting projects involving system upgrades, migrations, or implementation of new modules. * Identifying opportunities for process improvement and proposing automation. * And other activities related to the department. **REQUIREMENTS** * Proven experience with TOTVS RM, preferably across multiple modules (back-office and payroll). * Knowledge of parameterization, reporting, and integration with other systems. * Desirable: familiarity with Visual Formula, Report Generator, databases, and local environment update/configuration. * Basic understanding of LGPD as applied to corporate data. * Database Administration (SQL Server). * Critical analytical ability and problem-solving skills. * Strong communication, organization, and proactivity. **BENEFITS** Medical Assistance, Dental Assistance, Life Insurance, Meal Voucher, Food Voucher, Education Incentive through partnerships with technical schools and universities, Transportation Allowance, Profit Sharing. **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** Working Hours: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Monday to Friday) Employment Type CLT On-site We seek a collaborative, dedicated professional committed to quality and security, continuously striving for personal and professional development.
