If you have proven experience in this role and wish to join a team that values excellence and organization, this opportunity is for you! **Main Responsibilities:** Prepare sushi, sashimi, temaki, uramaki, hot rolls, and other Japanese dishes; Perform pre-preparation and fish cutting, ensuring quality and optimal use of ingredients; Maintain organization, cleanliness, and hygiene at the workstation; Monitor food expiration dates and proper storage; Follow the establishment’s standards for quality, presentation, and food safety; Collaborate with the team to ensure efficiency and excellence in service. **Requirements:** Proven experience as a Sushiman; Knowledge of fish cutting techniques, preparation of Japanese dishes, and good food handling practices; Organization, agility, and commitment; Ability to work well in a team. **Work Schedule:** 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM and 6:30 PM to 11:00 PM (with a 3-hour break) **Salary:** Between R$ 4.000,00 and R$ 5.000,00 (based on experience) **Benefits:** Health Insurance Bonus Days Off **Minimum Education Level:** High School Diploma (Secondary Education)
