Essential support to the procurement team **Job Summary:** Responsible for controlling unit inventory and organizing the warehouse, ensuring adequate supply of supplies, as well as supporting the procurement process by identifying demand requirements and providing information to the headquarters procurement team. **Main Responsibilities:** **\-** Monitor material inflow and outflow \- Maintain organized, updated, and clearly labeled inventory \- Ensure unit supply, preventing stockouts \- Define and monitor minimum stock levels \- Conduct purchase requirement assessments \- Request material replenishment from the headquarters procurement team \- Support periodic inventory counts \- Ensure proper storage of items \- Assist the procurement team with information, quotations, and assessments upon request \- Report information and key performance indicators to supervision **Requirements:** \- Completed high school education (experience in the field is desirable) \- Basic knowledge of Excel or related systems \- Organized, proactive, and responsible profile \- Planning and control capabilities \- Strong communication skills across departments **Preferred Qualifications:** \- Experience in inventory or warehouse control \- Experience in procurement routines (support/assessment) Employment Type: Full-time, Direct Hire (CLT) Benefits: * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
