We are seeking an SOC Analyst to work in a dynamic and challenging environment, monitoring and responding to security incidents swiftly and effectively. **This and all other positions advertised are open to Persons with Disabilities (PwD)** **Responsibilities and duties** * Perform first-line monitoring of systems, identifying alerts and suspicious events; * Analyze security alerts according to predefined procedures, searching for patterns and correlations; * Prepare simple reports on monitoring activities and incidents; * Prepare audit and review reports for security consoles and technical vulnerabilities; * Provide technical support to users, customers, and other teams on SOC-related responsibilities, escalating to support teams when necessary; * Respond to low- and medium-complexity incidents; * Develop and maintain internal SOC process documentation and security console documentation; * Participate in improvements and updates to the organization's security tools. **Requirements and qualifications** **Skills:** Incident identification, triage, and handling processes; Documentation, reporting, and security health checks; EDR, SIEM, SOAR, and Vulnerability Management tools; Firewalls and network perimeter protection (NGFW, WAF, VPN, XDR, etc.); Windows, Linux, and container operating systems. **Education:** Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in technology or information security. **Additional information** **Work schedule: Rotating 12x36 shift — 5:00 AM to 5:00 PM.** Remote work opportunity.
