Leve Mobilidade is a leader in Parking Management. We are seeking a professional with supervisory experience to support operational teams in dynamic, high-traffic environments. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong accountability, a results-oriented mindset, and interpersonal skills to manage daily workflows, ensure adherence to procedures, and foster a collaborative work environment. We seek someone with convenient access to the Taguatinga and Águas Claras regions - DF. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise and coordinate operational teams in daily activities, ensuring compliance with procedures and achievement of targets; * Monitor employee performance and provide training and guidance whenever necessary; * Manage work schedules, working hours, timekeeping, absences, and team coverage; * Conduct technical visits, monitor contracts, and guarantee service quality; * Address operational issues, conflicts, and field emergencies; * Prepare operational reports and support management with routine indicators and information; * Maintain direct contact with clients to ensure adherence to agreed-upon standards. **Requirements:** * Prior experience supervising operational teams (e.g., security, cleaning, logistics, facilities, production, etc.); * Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills; * Knowledge of administrative and operational routines; * Basic computer skills (Excel, email, reporting); * Valid driver's license and availability for travel. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience managing third-party service contracts; * Leadership or specialized technical training. **Benefits:** * Meal Allowance - BRL 38.00 * Salary - BRL 3,489.58 * Food Basket - BRL 250.00 * Bimonthly Variable Compensation * Fuel Reimbursement (per km driven) * Dental Plan * Group Life Insurance * Pharmacy Discounts - Drogasil and DrogaRaia Networks * Maternity Support Program * Partnerships with Higher Education Institutions **Work Schedule:** 5 days on / 2 days off, from 08:00 to 17:00 **Work Location:** Taguatinga and Águas Claras regions.
