We are hiring a **Production Assistant** **Main responsibilities:** * Support various stages of the production process * Supply the production line * Sort, organize, and move materials * Verify products and weigh materials * Keep the workstation clean and organized **Requirements:** * Completed high school education * Production experience is a plus (not mandatory) * Availability for operational work and repetitive tasks * Attention to detail, responsibility, and commitment to schedules **Important to know:** * Work in a metallurgical environment * Tasks require standing throughout the shift * Mandatory use of PPE * Routine focused on productivity and quality Employment type: Permanent CLT contract Salary: R$1\.560,12 \- R$2\.100,00 per month Benefits: * Food basket * Profit sharing Work location: On-site
