After all, it is 100% Brazilian and built by people who truly believe in the words of our founder: ***“Hard work conquers all!”***. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Lead area processes, ensuring Good Storage, Handling, and Transportation Practices; * Support the dissemination of quality culture by complying with current legislation (RDC 47 compliance), acting as both guardian and multiplier of quality; * Support quality control and distribution centers (DCs) through execution of audits and checks to ensure compliance with the Logistics PTP; * Manage, train, and develop team members while monitoring team performance; * Manage Quality KPIs, supporting identification and containment of root causes of deviations to improve quality performance. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Chemistry, Logistics, or related fields; * Experience in People Management, Logistics Processes, KPI management, and problem-solving tools; * Proficiency in the full Microsoft Office suite; * Availability to work in Amparo city; * Knowledge of logistics processes is desirable. **Worth noting:** Working hours from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday. **Additional Information** **See what we offer:** **Our Benefits – Caring for You at Every Stage of Life** ============================================================== At Ypê, we believe our people deserve well-being, security, and real growth opportunities.
