Ensuring weld and finishing quality **Job Description:** Responsible for assembling and welding metal structures according to technical drawings, ensuring quality, safety, and adherence to established deadlines. **Main Responsibilities:** * Assemble metal parts and structures * Perform welding according to defined processes (MIG, MAG, TIG and/or electrode) * Interpret technical drawings and specifications * Adjust, align, and verify dimensions of parts * Operate welding and assembly tools and equipment * Ensure weld and finishing quality * Comply with workplace safety and organization standards **Requirements:** * Experience as an assembly welder * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings * Knowledge of welding processes * Proficiency with measuring instruments (tape measure, caliper, square) **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in metal structures, boiler-making, or industrial metalworking * Welding certification * Field assembly experience **Education:** * Elementary or high school education (welding-related training preferred) Employment Type: Full-time, Direct Hire (CLT) Compensation: R$3.000,00 - R$4.800,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Food allowance * Meal voucher Work Location: On-site
