We are seeking a **Shipping Assistant** responsible for supporting the receipt, storage, and handling of finished products, ensuring timely delivery to customers. Apply now!** **Responsibilities and Duties** **What You’ll Do Here:** * Assist in executing shipping-related activities, including receipt, storage, control, and handling of finished products, ensuring proper dispatch of manufactured items to customers according to agreed timelines. * Support the receipt and storage of finished products, reconciling movements and methods of product packaging and preservation. * Assist in controlling product deliveries, indicating loading sequence, verifying documents and movements, and observing movement and storage procedures and regulations. * Participate in departmental physical inventories to ensure data accuracy and proper alignment with production flow. * Perform product picking using manual or electric pallet jacks and data collectors, ensuring correct quantities and batch separation; receive returned products; manually load vehicles (trailers and trucks). * Assist in rotating inventories using data collectors to ensure counting efficiency; maintain a clean and organized workplace. * Perform other related and inherent duties. * Responsible for reporting issue(s) related to the Quality Management System, Food Safety, Environment, Occupational Health and Safety to the designated person(s). * Responsible for actively and jointly contributing to building a workplace aligned with ESG principles, ensuring appropriate use of natural resources, respecting diversity, equity, and inclusion, and performing duties in accordance with established governance and the Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What We’re Looking For:** * Completed High School education; * Availability to work Monday through Saturday, from 6:15 AM to 2:35 PM. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Sheets; * Certification in electric pallet jack or forklift operation. **Additional Information** **Our Benefits:** * Meal Voucher * On-site Meals * Health Insurance – Unimed * Dental Insurance – Unimed * Life Insurance * Zenklub * Pharmacy Benefit * Profit Sharing Program (PLR) * Private Pension Plan * Employee Discount on Company Products * SESI Club Access * Wellhub Established in 1942, Santa Helena is Brazil’s largest peanut-based food manufacturer.
