**Job Opening \- Senior Technical Assistant** Steffen Professional Cleaning is seeking a committed and proactive professional to join our service team in the Rio de Janeiro region. We value dynamic, organized individuals who interact easily with customers and consistently prioritize high-quality service. **Key Responsibilities:** * Execute the scheduled visit plan provided by Supervision, ensuring optimal route planning; * Conduct technical visits to Steffen clients—including laundries, kitchens, food processing industries, hotels, and other clients—for installation, preventive maintenance, and corrective maintenance of dosing equipment and hygiene systems; * Uphold Steffen’s corporate image by ensuring service quality and proper equipment maintenance; * Perform all activities in compliance with Steffen’s internal policies and safety regulations applicable to the role and/or required by clients; * Document all technical visits in the technical service report, ensuring accuracy and reliability of information using company-provided tools/platforms; * Request equipment, parts, and components needed to perform maintenance at assigned client sites, under supervision of the Senior Technician; * Report improper use of equipment and systems via a client-validated report; * Inform management about competitor activity or deviations from the standard product basket negotiated with assigned clients; * Monitor Steffen assets installed at client locations; * Conduct technical assessments for the installation of dosing systems; * Support the sales team in field testing of new equipment and technologies; * Inform Supervision about new technologies observed in the field; * Supervise third-party service providers during field activities and project execution; * Train Steffen clients on operating dosers, hygiene systems, and professional hygiene processes; * Train clients on safety, correct handling, and proper use of Steffen products; * Advise clients on inventory turnover; * Track material requests to ensure availability of necessary items for service delivery; * Program dosing machines and equipment; * Automate conventional laundry washing machines; * Collect and manage service report booklets from other technicians; organize and archive them internally as part of your responsibilities; * Demonstrate leadership potential to train and develop other professionals in the area, supporting their growth within the company; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. **Requirements:** * Willingness and ability to travel frequently; * Personal vehicle; * Flexible working hours. **Qualifications:** * Completed high school education or technical training in Electrotechnology / Mechatronics / Electromechanics or related fields, either completed or recently graduated. **Working Hours:** 08:30 – 17:30 (Monday to Friday, 1-hour lunch break) **Compensation:** R$ $ 3\.120,00 **Benefits:** Meal voucher R$ 26.50/day \+ Mileage reimbursement **Work Location:** Rio de Janeiro and nearby regions Employment Type: Full-time CLT Payment: R$3\.120,00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Meal voucher Screening Question(s): * Are you available for travel? * Do you have a personal vehicle for work? * Do you hold a qualification in Electrotechnology, Mechatronics, or Electromechanics?
