**CREATIVE PRODUCER — Turmalina Studio** Turmalina Studio has 10 years of history creating packaging, brand objects, and corporate kits with original design and exceptional taste. If you want to work in an environment where every project is an opportunity to create something that has never existed before, this position is for you. **Your responsibilities:** * Gather, negotiate, and monitor supplier budgets — printers, wood suppliers, tanneries, textile mills, and any other vendors required by a creative project * Fill out and maintain organized, up-to-date cost spreadsheets * Oversee production from start to finish, ensuring on-time delivery and quality for clients * Collaborate closely with the account team to ensure no detail is lost between briefing and delivery * Research and approve new suppliers * Collaborate with the team to develop innovative material and construction process solutions for projects **What we expect:** * Experience in production — graphic, product, or related fields * Genuine curiosity about materials, processes, and creative solutions * Impeccable organization and commitment to deadlines (our clients expect excellence, and we deliver) * Strong negotiation and supplier relationship skills * Excel proficiency at the level of "able to build a spreadsheet without assistance" **Practical details:** * Full-time / Senior position * On-site in São Paulo — Butantã Compensation: R$1,00 \- R$2,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Experience: * Graphic Production (Mandatory) Work location: On-site
