Description
**About the position**
Responsible for supporting and monitoring production planning, control, and execution activities, ensuring operational efficiency, cost control, accuracy of internal inventory, and support for continuous improvement projects.
**Responsibilities**
* Monitor and control the production process according to the production schedule.
* Manage internal inventory (WIP) at the factory.
* Physically verify and electronically accept material transfers from the warehouse to production.
* Monitor and control operational costs.
* Track consumption of inputs used in the process, analyze variances, and propose corrective actions and reduction projects.
* Monitor and validate production entries in internal systems.
* Prepare performance indicator reports.
* Ensure supply to production lines.
* Propose improvements to production line supply.
* Support resolution of operational deviations.
* Participate in continuous improvement projects.
* Support internal and external audits.
* Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
**Requirements (mandatory)**
* Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering, Industrial Production Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields.
**Preferred qualifications (desirable)**
* Prior experience in production processes, Production Control and Planning (PCP), or related areas.
* Knowledge of ERP systems and production control tools.
* Intermediate/advanced Excel proficiency.
* Lean, WCM, or TPM knowledge is desirable.
