Job Summary: Act as a Security Guard under the Technical Reserve system, covering posts as required to ensure asset security and control access for people and vehicles. Key Highlights: 1. Access control and preventive patrols ️ JOB: SECURITY GUARD ️ Work Locations: Itajaí, Balneário Camboriú, Barra Velha OR Ilhota and Gaspar – SC We are hiring Security Guards to serve as Technical Reserve within the contract, with potential deployment across various posts according to operational needs. Shift Schedules and Working Hours: ➡️ Monday to Saturday – from 07:00 to 16:48 OR ➡️ 12x36 shift – from 07:00 to 19:00 Compensation: ✔️ Salary: R$ 1\.973,24 ✔️ Hazard Pay: 30% ✔️ Attendance Bonus: 7% Benefits: ✔️ Meal Voucher: R$ 40.00 per day Important: ✔️ Must have personal transportation due to operations across multiple locations ️ Key Responsibilities: Acting as Technical Reserve, covering posts as required Ensuring asset and personal safety Controlling access for people and vehicles Conducting preventive patrols Strictly adhering to security procedures Preparing reports and incident records when necessary Mandatory Requirements: Valid Security Guard training course Valid National Security Guard Registration (CNV) Willingness to work in different cities Availability to work according to assigned shifts Responsibility, attentiveness, and professional demeanor * Preferred Qualifications: Relevant work experience Familiarity with operational regions Minimum Education: Technical Course
