Therefore, we must grow every day—and with that growth, welcome even more people onto our team. **WE INVITE YOU TO JOIN FGR**, a company specializing in residential horizontal condominiums, established in the real estate market by guaranteeing and delivering the highest quality of life in its Jardins developments. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, with active CREA registration; * Experience in execution and delivery of residential construction projects, preferably houses; * Experience managing production and delivery teams for construction projects; * Proficiency in Excel for construction controls and monitoring; * Basic knowledge of the ERP system\-UAU is a plus; * Must reside in Goiânia or the metropolitan region. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Manage the house production team, including technical guidance, task assignment, performance monitoring, productivity control, and ensuring compliance with occupational safety regulations; * Manage the house delivery team, ensuring properties are delivered according to design plans, descriptive memoranda, quality standards, and contractual requirements; * Monitor and control productivity across work fronts, analyzing KPIs, targets, physical schedules, and proposing corrective actions whenever necessary; * Monitor and manage constraints, identifying technical, logistical, supply-chain, or design-related interferences, and proactively mitigating impacts on the schedule; * Ensure executed services comply with design plans, technical standards, applicable legislation, and company quality standards; * Coordinate interfaces among production, procurement, design, quality, occupational safety, and technical assistance teams; * Conduct internal quality inspections, delivery checklists, and tracking of pending corrections; * Resolve technical issues on-site, ensuring rapid and effective decision-making. **Additional Job Information:** **Location:** Jardins Cannes Construction Site \| Aparecida de Goiânia \- GO (on-site) **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM; Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM (flexible scheduling) **Benefits:** * Meal/Voucher allowance; * Health and dental insurance; * Profit-sharing program (PLR); * Life insurance; * Maternity/Paternity basket; * Breakfast and afternoon snack. **This position is open to persons with disabilities (PcDs)**
