We seek a candidate to handle our **whistleblower channels via 0800**, based at our office in **Alphaville**, Barueri/SP. **Responsibilities and Duties** The **Whistleblower Channel** is a 24/7, 7-day-a-week service, ensuring optimal support and full availability for our clients. To meet this demand, our teams work on a rotating schedule of five working days followed by two days off. * Conduct behavioral interviews for whistleblower channels via telephone; * Prepare written reports of interviews in the system; * Categorize topics according to the matrix aligned with the client. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently enrolled in the 3rd semester or later of a **Psychology** program; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Excellent oral and written communication skills; * Active listening; * Resilience when handling sensitive topics; * Availability to work in a hybrid model in Alphaville \- Barueri. * Availability to work during the following shifts: **9:00 AM to 4:00 PM**, **10:00 AM to 5:00 PM**, or **2:00 PM to 9:00 PM**. **Additional Information** **Enjoy our benefits!** Internship Allowance: R$1\.500,00\. **Health and Well\-Being:** * TotalPass offering access to physical activities and leisure; * Physical and mental health programs (Eleva). **Flexible Benefit:** * iFood Benefits Card: A flexible option allowing you to manage your balance according to your preferences.
